Since 2004, Harambee Investments LLC has engaged in the acquisition of real estate property in the US with the purpose of accumulating a diverse asset base for improvement and eventual sale for capital gain. With the recent unprecedented economic boom in emerging markets, directing our company's real estate market interests toward Kenya was inevitable.
Kenya's unprecedented economic growth has culminated in a desperate need for housing and entitlement of raw land. We have ventured to include in our business model the acquisition and packaging for sale of real estate assets in Kenya to buyers residing outside the country.
Our Business Model
Our specific target market is the Kenyan Diaspora. The challenge for most regarding the Kenyan market has been the lack of knowledge of the buying process, inability to travel freely, and finding a trustworthy liaison to facilitate the process. We bridge that gap by doing the leg-work for you. The result is the delivery of a title to you for a property you have purchased.
We identify the property, perform a title search for encumbrances, acquire it, and in the case of raw land we entitle it, then package the asset for sale to offshore buyers.
